“Way too tempting selection of gifts - it’s always difficult to stop myself buying a me-present when shopping for someone else! Superb delivery service if you can visit a shop. I have to say that no visit to Malvern is complete without popping into iapetus”

“Great selection and prompt service - now just looking forward to arrival. Chat feature was very helpful and would just like to acknowledge it has been a very challenging time and I wish that all staff remain healthy in what has been a terrible time during Covid 19. “The jewellery is beautiful and the dispatch prompt. I hope, in this revamped web site, that there are people who can and will respond to email contact. I sadly lost one of my earrings, and emailed 4 times without response. Will you be making more colours in the medium size hoop/huggie style? Best Wishes.”

“Fantastic. The website experience is as enjoyable as my first shop experience with Iapetus (in Malven). Carefully chosen and photographed the artist's works look really inviting. My last purchase a selection of cards to cover events occurring over the next three months. Prior to that gifts sent to two friends beautifully wrapped and sent direct by Iapetus. Prompt responses on message queries to ensure I did the right things and to add something I'd forgotten to put in my order (plus two phone calls which I missed to offer help) . You can feel the care and love that goes into service.”

“I have loved Iapetus since I first walked into their shop in Worcester many years ago. Such an eclectic range of wonderfully crafted things, something for everyone. Yes it's quite pricey, but for this quality of crafting it's worth saving up to buy something delightfully quirky that I know is going to treasured forever. All their greetings cards are worth keeping and say so much more about how you think about the recipient. Special, special, special is all I can say about Iapetus - and that goes for the staff too!”
