“The first time you attempted delivery you addressed it to M Coppock Lancashire when you had my full mailing address. How you expected it to get to me I don't know and consequently the courier returned it. You should have sent it to the correct address automatically but you refunded my money and I had to reorder it.”

We are sorry to hear that you have had such trouble with your order and therefore I've just sent you a seperate email so we can learn more about the situation and hopefully avoid any problems happening like this again in the future.
