“Really impressed with my recent purchase. Easy to order online. Fantastic service with a handwritten note and free delivery to my door. “To everyone at Iapetus...... What can I say but just THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Given the incredibly difficult circumstances everyone is living under just now, your cheerful, helpful and excellent delivery of service are second to none. I ordered two special Easter gifts for close family members self-isolating alone on Tuesday before Good Friday. Both were received, beautifully wrapped, with delightful hand written cards, on the Thursday. The delight and joy this level of service produced really cannot possibly be underestimated. Thank you so much. Keep well, keep safe and EVERYONE.... get behind this superb local business.”

“Very pleased with this lovely "blue eyes" egg cup, was looking for a bright and eye-catching one, but of simple shape and didn't want any novelties or "funny". Very good quality, the colour is fantastic and what is very important underglazed, so won't get scuffed or lose it's brightness. Was very well packed and promptly delivered. Would by again.”

“What a lovely company this is! The website has so many gorgeous handmade products I always find that special gift (sometimes for me!). Communication is very good as well with friendly emails to keep you up to date. When the parcels arrive it is obvious care and attention has gone into getting them ready. A company who really know how to deliver excellent customer service.”
