Remember that your iBeani has a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and as such if purchased within this time frame, please reply with details of your purchase, along with a delivery address and we will send out some replacement beans free of charge. “Excellent product. I bought 1 for my husband and one for myself. I wasn’t sure if he would like it. He thinks it’s great and so much better than the grubby cushion he was using. I have ordered 2 more for Christmas presents and I’m sure I will order more for birthdays.”

“My 3rd ibeani...simply love them. Two for me and one for my daughter who, like me, is over the moon with her present. It has helped relieve the arthritis pain in her fingers and hand from having to hold her iPad. She can now relax and rest her left hand. Wonderful. My latest purchase is for my bedroom, so I don’t have to remember to take it up! Old age is a drag😂😂”

“Hi iBeani I have been very happy with my purchase of the iBeani Tablet Pillow . Now I don’t get a strain in bed watching on my ipad my fav Netflix stuff . I bought 3 iBeanies , one each for my good friends . But I was a bit disappointed one of the boxes , the one that was ordered for my Friend “s Birthday Gift was wet at the corners and got the iBeani inside a bit damp . Funny thing the other 2 boxes were wrapped in a black plastic bag but that 1 box was not . Luckily I ordered 3 so I gave up my box for the Birthday Gift . If I may suggest to please in future have the boxes wrapped individually . I just ordered another iBeani as a gift , I hope it will arrive in good shape . Thank you & Regards Vicky Cheah”

“Having received an ibeani as a gift from my family and found it extremely useful, particularly when reading in bed, I knew it would be an ideal present for my very poorly sister in law. “Ibeani iPad holder lost some of its fullness over time but ibeani sent replacement bead filler to me free of charge when I informed them of the problem I may eventually replace with some kind of bean if beads do not hold up this time Thanks Ibeani for a very useful and needed item and prompt free bead replacement”

“I am presently using my Ibeani to write this, it has helped greatly to relieve the pains in my wrist from holding my IPad and phone for too long.it also has has a carry handle, it was my Mother's Day pressy the best present ever. I purchased my recent order for my sister in laws birthday.”

“Oh my god! Why didn't I buy this sooner. My wrists and hands are slightly arthritic and ache each time I used to hold my iPad. This has made a huge difference to me and I'm thinking of getting one for my mum as well.”
