“Slow delivery even though I paid for express. Same order arrived on 3 different days. Almost all of the corner pieces had fallen out by the time I got the prints and it was VERY difficult to get them to stay in after tapping them in enough to stretch the canvas. One of the pieces was so loose that I had to carefully unstaple the canvas, and restaple it tighter. Then the corner pieces stayed put. I liked the colors and the art, just thought the condition left quite a lot to be desired. Another suggestion would be to have something written in the box telling you how to use the corner stretchers. I was starting a return on the worst one when I saw the message online about troubleshooting. It would have been really nice if that info had been apparent when I saw how loose the canvas was. For the price I would have expected a little better quality and information.”

“We absolutely love the canvas printed we purchased. However, a word of caution....when you open the box there are big metal staples in the top of the box...completely remove them before taking out your artwork. We scratched ours and did not realize it was due to those staples. I would somehow advise people of that. We took out our prints and then put them back till ready to hang....SCRATCH. We did this to two canvas prints!”

“Really, really BIG ‘helpful’ comment…. Having bought 4 canvasses from here (and several others on my own), they ALL have made the same unfortunate mistake: to the detriment of client, seller & the art piece itself (although it’s super-easy to fix to obtain a WIN-WIN-WIN situation): The ‘original’ image that the customer sees (and wants) has been ‘brightened’ naturally by his own device (iPhone, computer, etc)….but that’s NOT the ‘real original’ brightness that is submitted to the canvas printer. This ALWAYS results in a canvas print-out of a ‘darker’ final image. [Very disappointing!] I personally always ‘fix’ this situation for myself by taking a desired image and bumping-up its ‘brightness’ by 4 or 5 ‘clicks’ before I submit it to print. Although the image looks somewhat too bright, the printed ‘result’ is an image that is true to what I originally saw on my screen. Please consider this for your business, your clients and for the artist himself. Thanks for reading this thru! -JR”
