“I received the canvas quickly but didn't like it so I decided to return it for a refund. This is when the problems started. Firstly, they had no one in the office answering the phones and email responses took at least one week. Once I got a response I was sent a return shipping label and sent back the canvas, expecting to see a refund within 5 businesses days. Imagine my surprise when I was continuing to be charged for a picture I returned. I contacted paypal and gave them the return information. They opened an investigation and within 3 days was able secure a refund. I didn't like the canvas. I didn't like their response time and I didn't like the fact that I had to complain to paypal to get icanvas to issue a refund. I don't recommend this company.”

“Shipping was quick and the piece was boxed up very snug and nicely. The picture itself was absolutely beautiful. The color was everything I was hoping it would be and matched the chairs in our meeting space perfect!”

“Got my canvas even sooner! Love purchasing art from you guys! I like the 1/2 inch canvas better than the 1 inch sides. I plan to buy much more. Some people do facebook. I only view icanvas, for hours, binge-watch, lol! Great way to spend the day off during rain, ice and snow! If you wait until the holiday, it is ALWAYS on a great sale! So I put all of mine into my Favorites, and buy them 1-2 at a time. I really like the 18 x 24 canvas - it fits your walls no matter where you move! Smiles, Annie in Kansas City”

“the frame is warped on the middle piece and the image is askew on the left hand piece. i expected the quality to be questionable so i am not heartbroken. it is basically used as a background piece for zoom meeting, so clients cannot scrutinize the bad quality. will look elsewhere next time.”
