“We ordered an awesome canvas print and realized it was too small for what we intended. I contacted iCanvas and they allowed me to get a larger print by only paying the difference between the cost of what I originally ordered and the cost of the larger size. They then also allowed me to keep the smaller print too. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. We will be return customers for sure!”

“I purchased 2 canvas pieces recently. It was great having so many choices on this site. The ordering was easy and delivered in a timely manner. One of the pictures had a small wrinkle and when I went back to express my concern, someone immediately sent me ways to fix the problem. Also, offered to help if that did not fix the problem. I would definitely recommend buying from I-Canvas.”

“The painting was way over saturated, and very pixilated. It was not worth the price at all. It looked like a cheap print you'd find at HomeSense or Marshalls. I will not be a returning customer.”

“Terrible customer service, switching prices all the time, and saying they would honor the price on the day i attempted to purchase with a refund and then not following thru fully. They gave a partial refund so it 'only' cost me approx $35 more than clearly agreed upon price, but after 8 email exchanges with me submitting clear screenshots of what I should have been refunded multiple times, and them sending many smaller confusing amounts that never totaled the full agreed-upon price, I just gave up as "close enough" and not worth my continuing hassle for remaining $ owed. 2 stars since the piece of art arrived as described.”

“I like your product very much. I’d give you a 5 star if your company had responded to my most recent issue! The canvas was wrinkled and the packing marred the print on the corners. I learned on my own how to stretch by tapping. No one responded to my email or call. I bought it, now to bad!! It was my problem. Also this was my second purchase within a short period of time. You can check the purchase dates. Pretty disappointed with the customer care. I needed the print up for the Super Bowl event. So I kept it ?”

“Fast service in receiving the canvas. iCanvis deserves five stars for this. Although the delivery person, for whom that may have been, placed a large rock on my outside cardboard box and canvas so it wouldn't blow away in my drive and it was crushed in. Fortunately the crushed in part was on the back side of the pictured canvas and no damage was apparent.”
