“I appreciate the price and the fast shipping but the print arrived with a small scratch, and worse it is not stretched properly. So it is loos on the frame and looks wavy when hung on the wall.”

“They were very responsive to my issue. The picture was not stapled correctly in one corner and it caused a puckering. (a canvas wrap) They sent a new one. Although better, it was still puckered a small amount in the same corner. Something about the process?”
