Something must have gone wrong, because we did reply to you on the chat on July 19, which was marked as 'seen', and when you contacted me again on July 24, I replied via e-mail the day after. Maybe this ended up in your spam folder? Finally I also e-mailed you again directly on July 26, but also did not receive a reply so far.
