“I have only given IC Australia 1 star because I had to in order to write this review but even 1 star is being too generous.
Getting involved with this company is one of the worst decisions I have ever made. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM ANYTHING.
I started my application in December 2023 and have nothing to prove they have done any work to get me a visa but charge £500 AN HOUR to ‘work’ on your application!!
At the start they were in constant contact - multiple emails and phone calls day but once they had my money (approx £5,500 in total) all communication stopped and they effectively ghosted me. Everything that has been said in previous reviews has happened to me too: pressure to pay, harassment, threats that if I don’t pay ASAP then my visa will be at risk, in the 9 months I’ve been dealing with them I have never once a straightforward answer, I’ve never had any proof of anything they’ve done, when I tried to get my money back through my bank they accused me of ‘charge back fraud’, when raising issues via email they ignore my concerns and just use the same templates of responses, I don’t believe anyone who works for them is a genuine immigration expert, when I raised concerns over the phone I was laughed at, I had no help with finding a job and what ‘support’ I did get was a few links to job search websites to roles that were irrelevant to me in areas of Australia that I had not said I wanted to move to.
Their terms and conditions are deliberately so vague that it makes it impossible for them to breach contract which means they won’t refund you. They have turned off their comments on social media platforms which I believe is to stop negative comments being left. I also strongly believe that any positive reviews left on sites such as this one are fake because they are impersonal in comparison to all the details provided in the negative statements.
I have learnt more about the immigration process from facebook than these ‘experts’.
When I requested to speak with management regarding my dispute they told me that was not possible unless I cancelled the dispute. They sent me a form which was essentially was a Non Disclosure Agreement that meant if I agreed they had resolved my issues I couldn’t then post any negative reviews (I didn’t complete this form!).
I’m still fighting to get some money back but after nearly 9 months I have no money and no visa and they are now ignoring me so all I can do now is advise others to STAY AWAY FROM THEM.”
