“Our Magnus table and six Stefan chairs arrived in perfect condition and look great. The delivery was on time, friendly and competent. The build and finish are top notch. This isn't particularly complicated furniture, but the joints are tight and smooth. The table top has steel rails underneath to keep it flat over the years. It's all well thought out and executed.
We were worried about ordering chairs online, thinking about all the uncomfortable dining chairs we've sat in. The chairs exceed expectations - they are comfortable, solid, and have a nice balance, not too heavy or too light. The fabric back cradles you nicely and the seat has a nice amount of cushion.
Adam suggested a zoom call before ordering and that was a great idea. We got to see various options in their showroom and Adam did a test sit in various chairs, which was useful. So I recommend the video chat.”

Secondly they were willing to give me a custom delivery date, based on my availability. And lastly, they offered the option of having the pieces assembled at delivery.
