“The process of ordering was easy and as I waited for the order to be complete, I received ongoing notifications which was reassuring. The notifications regarding the delivery process was clear and straightforward. The delivery was made as promised and in the early part of the window of time. The day of delivery I called to check in and was helped by a rep in Australia who answered my questions. I love the table and chairs too. They are simple and stylish and just as advertised. This was my first time to purchase a larger piece of furniture online without seeing it ‘in person’ but I have been happy with the whole process. Thank you!”

“I would give an overall 4.5 stars. I ordered an extendable table, 4 chairs and a bench. It came a month earlier than expected, which is not bad, but did not have the room ready yet. When I received the shipment, one chair was missing. They remedied the issue fairly quickly and with ease. I would give 5+ stars on customer service. The delivery experience was also 5 stars, they make it easy to schedule your delivery time and bring it right into your home. They offered to unpack as well, but I declined knowing my husband would want to put it together. For some reason I thought the furniture was made in Australia, but it is designed there and made in China. The quality of furniture is 4 stars. Two chairs, where the wood layers have been pressed together are slightly rough to the touch. With time this may need to be sanded so not to snag clothing. The cushions could use a little more plushness. Lastly the finish is thin and will likely need updating if your table sees a lot of traffic in a handful of years. Overall, for the price and service I would give 4.5 stars.”

“An Instagram advert appeared on my feed and I liked the look of the furniture so I clicked the picture. I was nervous about buying furniture online but I am so impressed with the quality of the pieces I ordered. The table is beautiful and functional, and the chairs are extremely comfortable”

“I bought a dining chairs to check the quality but I’m so upset that after a long wait of delivery I received a damaged chair , broken legs, I called the icon furniture, and waiting again for the next delivery, they never response to me when will it be.”

“I ordered the Magnus extension table in September of 2021. I have yet to receive it. First were shipping delays caused by the global pandemic, and the companies estimates were far from accurate. Then the table finally arrived in the US and was to be delivered this week, but once again delayed because of a “rare” issue that it did not pass quality control because of damage during transport. I really hope the quality of the table is worth the headache it’s been to receive it!”

“the Magnus dining table with extension finally arrived and looks beautiful! It did take 6 months, but the delay was not the company's fault, and we were kept updated about the order status. The legs were easy to attach, but the extension did not fit at first because the pins did not align properly with the holes - I had to loosen and widen the holes a little. Otherwise, it was well-packaged and no damage, and we look forward to many happy meals!”
