“My orders was delivered so quickly and unfortunately one of them was broken. I called the customer service for replacement and spoke to the nicest person. The replacement was delivered in the next morning. Wow! That was amazing! I have introduced iconiclights website to my friends and family. Many many thanks for your service.”

“Thank you for my lights. Awaiting electrician to put them up but I'm very pleased with them and my builder likes them too! Service on the telephone was good and they arrived promptly and securely packaged.”

“Bought 2 table lamps very pleased with them but unfortunately on arrival one was broken. I sent an email to customer service and got a quick response saying they would replace it with next day delivery. The lamp arrived as promised the next day an was in perfect condition. All sorted within less than 24 hours of sending them an email excellent service thank you.”

“Really pleased both with the light fitting I purchased and the fast and efficient service Iconiclights provided.The customer service team are excellent,I had a small issue with one of the shades, but they sorted it out straight away with a new item on next day delivery.Could not ask for a better service and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.Thank You.”

“the items arrived flat packed and the gold stripping had to be applied to the grey material and the framing I hadn’t red this anywhere and it had to be adhesived this reflects the price now although the end product looks good probably due to my friends wonderful building skills I would buy from iconic lights again please just to be aware you have to build the shades etc”
