“The product look and materials is great, and really brilliant pricing. Items were dispatched quickly. I would have given 5 stars, but the base we received had a manufacturing fault so we couldn't assemble it. However, Iconic Lights quickly responded to my complaint and sent out a replacement. I will definitely choose Iconic Lights as the first place to source lighting and would definitely recommend to my friends.”

“Lights are amazing, absolutely love them!! Only negative is the delivery company, 3 times it took to get them with no number to call to rearrange, shame as this is the only thing that let it down”

“Lamp arrived when scheduled but on opening the box the shade was completely bent and folded and after ages trying to get the creases out I still Couldn’t manage it.. Lamp looks more sturdy online.”

“Easy ordering process and quick delivery. Products were well packaged, although one did have a small mark at the top. Fortunately you can't see it when fitted so no need to return.”

“The product was nice but missing an item within the package. However returned product as it was not suitable for the application it was being used in. Returns were free and I received my money back within a few days. Would order from again.”
