“Excellent store to deal with. I ordered some wall lights which came very promptly, well packaged and complete. Unfortunately they were too big for the space that I had allocated in the bedroom. I spoke to Craig Samples from customer services who swiftly sent a return slip for me to fill in and submit. My phone call was answered straight away with no robot recording asking you to press this or that number. The money was promptly returned to my account. I would not hesitate to recommend this store. 5 🌟”

“A quick and efficient service which was great. However, I bought 2 table lamps and on the product page it offered the option to add bulbs to the order at an extra cost. I did, but when they arrived they weren't the correct bulbs for the lamps. Now I have 4 useless light bulbs which don't fit in any socket in my house. Bit disappointing.”

“The lstand itself is nice but the lamp shade is rubbish. It is cheap and you have to make ot up yourself. it attaches together with a piece of velcro. We have had to buy a replacement shade for the stand”

“The worst service I have ever received. Could not even manage a correct delivery, once that issue was sorted I was contacted via email and told the correct delivery would be with me the following day, this did not happen, waited another 2 full days each day same promise no delivery. Finally received my lights on the 4th day, the lights are actually lovely, just what I wanted. They would have been a very reasonable price had it not been for the cost of me waiting for the delivery. Telephone staff very polite and helpful, as far as I can see they are just unfortunate enough to work for a company with very poor ethics. Much as I like the lights would not deal with this company again.”

“Lovely lamp with one major exception. The lampshade was sent folded up not rolled so when fitted it does not make a round lampshade. It’s a real shame as the rest of the lamp is fantastic.”

“Sorry not impressed by the quality of the product at all in terms of the light shade being a flat pack and needing Velcro tape to stick the ends together? Why not just manufacture as a solid shape? Also item was delivered unoticingly broken and so the shade would even sit on the lamp. Returned and currently waiting on a refund which I hope is sooner rather than later. Quick service in terms of ordering however.”
