“Ordered a touchlight as a present for my aunt. It was dispatched really quickly but when I unpacked it it looked very nice. The bulb however was defective. An email about the bulb and it was replaced without question and my aunt for her Christmas present in plenty of time. Excellent stuff and”

“Very pleased with this company. The items ordered arrived quickly by courier, well-packaged and with no missing or damaged parts. Very pleased, too, with the items themselves (Barleytwist Floor and Table Lamps in black). They look smart and are good value for money.”

“The item sent was incorrectly assembled and unusable. I do not know whether it was made and checked by Iconiclights or bought in. They promised to replace the item, but it took 2 reminders before I received it. Satisfactory now.”

“I’ve ordered Talisman floor lamp for my new living room and 4x light bulbs. The floor lamp arrived but no light bulbs. Contacted the service and they apologised and immediately sent me some bulbs. Love my new lamp and the service is very good. Would come back again”

“Only one of the two lamps I ordered arrived, also minus the 2 bulbs ordered. Customer services were quick to respond. Should recieve the rest of my order today so not a perfect service but they certainly appear to be quick to resolve. Today will tell..”
