“The light came in 72 piece and I would say a very very patient person would need to put it together some of the pieces were tiny. I need to send this back - it is paper”

“My previous review stated there was a buzzing from the bedside lights,after contacting icon lights they promptly replied by telling me I had chosen the wrong bulbs and sent me the correct ones which I received within 24 hours.Very good customer response to a problem.”

“I'm not too happy with the light I received. One of the holders for the bulbs isn't straight, the shade doesn't sit straight, even though it's all been put together correctly”

“Absolutely appalling service, products ordered as couple of weeks ago, nothing delivered, had to contact customer service twice before they promised to resend with a different courier next day delivery and after 3 days still nothing. The most unreliable service I have ever come across. I haven’t even seen the products themselves yet so can’t comment on quality”

“Holden wall lights bit rough round the edges. Probably added to their industrial/urban look. As long as your not seeing them close up they are fine. Inexpensive, look the part (bang on trend) and prompt delivery service. Will be using company again to buy floor lamp I saw. Cheap and cheerful!”
