“Purchased a floor lamp with shade, and a ceiling pendant. The packaging was poor and unbranded. The shade came flat-packed, meaning you had to 'build' it using Velcro rings. As a result it looks really cheap and unfinished. I'll have a purchase a new shade separately to replace it. Thought I was getting a bargain but should have paid more for better quality elsewhere.”

“I tried to order my lights on line using a code that gave me 20 per cent off and when the code was not accepted I telephoned the company and was informed they would get back to me, when they did they said it was an old code from last November, however I ordered the lights at full price only to discover they had been reduced by £7 after I had ordered mine, I claimed the five pounds discount but would have liked an apology or acknowledgement that they should have sold the lights to me at the price which was advertised, I am at present renovating my property and would have purchased more lights from them. UNFAIR!!!”

“Fast delivery! BUT company not contactable ! Have emailed and left phone messages! No one has replied! Arc lamp has really cheap fixings that don’t screw together well. Disappointed with shade- again cheap self assembly (that’s quite clever) but just looks poor! Marble base chipped! DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE AND QUALITY!”

“Lovely light although didn’t expect the shade to be in parts and to be put together myself and was very fiddly. Apart from that, the lamp looks very stylish and more expensive than it was.”

“Tripod light arrived over 2 days. When finally all parts arrived went to put it together and one leg had at least a 15cm of rust coverage. Other 2 legs very rough and scratchy.”

“We bought two copper wire light shades as well as two Edison type bulbs for our upstairs hallway. Very happy with the product. Good quality for the money. The over all look is great. They cast lovely shadows at night, and look modern and clean in the day.”
