“Ordered a lamp with shade. Came as 2 seperate items and arrived on seperate days. The lampshade was crushed in transit. Reported it and a second one was delivered also damaged as the box was too small for the shade. The third one arrived and that was fine. So was a bit of a pain waiting around for parcels. Something to said about getting things right first time. The people on the phone were polite and easy to deal with”
