“excellent speed in delivery items were here within 48 hours of placing order. Easy returns, my items were not suitable as didn't state on the website that the lamps had plug sockets. I was after touch lamps that didn't require sockets. More detail could be provided in the information on the website to help customers make a decision. The photos make the lamps look bigger than they are. Which was a bit deceiving. Although measurements are provided you go by what you can see.”

Really easy to order from the website and arrived very quickly. The person I had bought this for was given it today and they are really delighted with it.”

“I have to say to begin with we were really disappointed as the lights that were sent wouldn’t fit correctly but after a manager being very patient and taking the time to give us a ring he sorted the problem, he did this very quickly and listened to everything I had to say. Within in 2 days we had new lights and they are fab. Thanks for great customer service.”

“An incredibly beautiful piece of (essentially) art in my bedroom. Solid structure. Easy (but a bit unclear) install. Fabulous price even before the discounts. Fast delivery. 10 out of 10 would recommend and can’t wait to move house/remodel so I can buy again! Instructions didn’t make it clear that it’s didn’t matter which way the clear wires were wired to the neutral and live wire and I didn’t want to shatter the bulb. I called customer service and the lady didn’t know the answer but got in touch with an engineer and she called back within 4 hours.”
