“I have yet to put up the light as I need someone to be with me to hold the ladder being in my mid70s and living alone. But I do have something to say about your courier - I arranged with yourselves for the item to be delivered after 1.30pm and you emailed me that you had noted this and advised the courier. On my return home between noon and 12.30pm I found the large cardboard box sitting slap bang in front of the front door for all passing to see that I was not in - this is a bad security risk - no attempt was made to leave with neighbours or to discretely put the box elsewhere in the front garden - and there are several places where it could have been left more safely - not impressed at all with your courier who obviously does not pay attention to instructions!”

“After searching for matching glass lightshades to match my existing set Iconic Lights were the only supplier who had them. They are reasonably priced, were delivered quickly with excellent packaging.AND they go with the shades I already have almost exactly.”

“I ordered a pineapple white lamp & diamond lamp shade I love them both goes lovely with my front room 😁😁 happy costumer just waiting for pineapple light fixer to be back in store to order that aswell😁😁😁😁😁 only thing that was I paid for next day Delievery & wasn’t actually delivered on the Saturday”

“Good service, prompt delivery after a slight hitch. Paid for next day delivery and received message to say that it would be delayed I Day because of technical problem. I was offered free delivery plus 10% of product. I thought this was very good. I am waiting for my bank statement to see if it has been amended. Pleased with light and thought it was of reasonable quality - good value.”
