“I ordered 3 products from Iconic lights. The delivery was very quick which is a plus. Although 2 of the products were wrong. The customer service department were very quick to amend this and send out new lights although again the wrong ones were sent. Since I contacted twice to inform them of the wrong lights being delivered and the second ones were at least the correct colour I did not peruse it any further. I doubt I will buy from them again. The products themselves are very nice although still not what I originally ordered.”

“We have a large room and these lights (we have needed 6 sets) suit it perfectly. Just having three in each set means that the room is not overwhelmed by the drop down / hanging lights which is just what we need.”

“Cannot really write a review of the product as it was bought as a Christmas present, so not opened. However, order process was straightforward, delivery prompt and items were carefully packaged so don’t foresee any problems.”

“Item was slightly damaged ( flaw in ceramic during manufacture, not in post - very well packaged) so sadly was not ok to give as gift as I intended. Otherwise was lovely design and quality. I told Iconiclights who responded very quickly with a full refund.”

“Although I can’t fault the delivery time and ordering I am disappointed with the product. I ordered the yellow geometric shade and it isn’t great. It has streaks of blue dye on it which look like an issue with the manufacturing/ quality control. Not good.”
