“Delivered promptly and I haven’t actually contacted customer services as I’ve chosen to keep it but this was flat packed and looked cheap unfortunately. I didn’t read to see if it was flat packed before. It just isn’t particularly well finished but it was very cheap”

“If I could give zero stars for this website then I would. Ordered some walls lights but then decided to not actually have them installed. Asked to return the items less than 3 days after receipt. This was 3 weeks ago. They say they've arranged a courier to pick up twice who hasn't show up so I've waited in on two separate occasions for no reason. Now they are ignoring my emails. Absolute crooks - order with caution!”

“Really excellent service Our light shades very delivered very quickly and looked just as advertised- I am very happy with them. Unfortunately one was missing a piece but their customer services department quickly sent out a replacement without any issue. Would definitely recommend them.”

“The choice of lighting is amazing, and the service & delivery is fantastic. I ordered the Designer Suspended Lampholder in Brushed Copper, the Casco Curved Table Lamp in Copper and the Diablo Copper Pendant Shade. All 3 were fantastic quality - so pleased! Will definitely be ordering from Iconic Lights again!! Very happy customer!”

“Just what we wanted , matched our headboard and lampshade, boxed very well , shame about the delivery was sent to the wrong address with the proper address written on the box. Did write to iconic lights to let them know what had happened.”
