“Delivery was super quick and the light fitting was beautiful but sadly missing a piece of chandelier and still waiting for a replacement part to be sent, hence 3 stars.”

“I had a problem with the light I ordered as it arrived slightly out of shape- no fault of the company- I think it was manufactured like that! Anyway a quick call to Customer Services and a new one was on its way! Really good service.”

“The lamp shade comes without the cable. Just the shade. It looks lovely once assembled but it's quite tricky to put it together, as you need to do it when it's fitted to the ceiling. Requires patience:)”
