“Ordered a floor lamp which arrived exactly on time. I bought it for my elderly sister and she had a problem attaching the shade to it. Customer service was excellent and talked her through it. It was not difficult to attach she just went about it wrongly. Customer service were very patient with her until she had the lamp perfectly set up. Lamp is beautiful and my sister is delighted with it.”

“Used these guys for a purchase for my business. Somehow the number for the address was missing and Hermes were not able to deliver. I called these guys and a lady called Kiran blamed me and said it’s all my fault which infuriated me, she proceeded to cut me off after telling me there is nothing more she can do. I rang back very angry and the chap I spoke to was talking to her in the background and she told him to cut it off also. Eventually spoke to someone and resolved the matter. Delivery was late by a few days. Customer service was disgusting. Would genuinely not recommend.”
