“Love the monkey lamps, they fit right in with the jungle feature wall. Product of good quality, and delivered fast. Would have been 5 star if I had not needed to buy felt feet to stick on myself, but they only cost a couple of quid from amazon.”

“Order arrived quickly which was good. However quality was low and one item badly marked. Returning the order was a nightmare - no returns labels included, you have to email to get them. Then you have to find your product number which is impossible to find - different numbers on boxes to invoice so just had to guess. Nothing states clearly that it is the product number. You have to print your own order labels which I did but then at the post office then couldn’t be scanned as the ink colour was too light. So then he tried to scan the QR code on my phone to print it and this wouldn’t work either. Same label came out every time but I was sending four different items. Returns labels should have been included in the boxes - took a couple of hours in total at home to organise/make labels/print etc and at post office to sort it all out. This could have been so easily avoided by including returns labels in the original order. Most companies do it - it’s not difficult.”
