“Delivery was quite prompt. Light is reasonable quality, does look nice once fitted. Only slight niggle were the light bulbs recommended are too bright for the small area it is in and they weren’t cheap. I had to order some different bulbs (which were a fiver cheaper) off Amazon but it looks lovely now 👏🏻”

“At Potes Smart Homes we pride ourselves on great service and good products. Iconic lights did just what we would expect. Our lights arrived fast, in one piece and better quality than expected for the price which was a plesent surprise as some retailers we have brought from in the past don't live up to your expectations. The Lamps look great in our show home, perfect finsihing touch to The Smart 27. Thank you guys”

“Extremely disappointing, the shades arrived with no lamp holders or flex, clearly not as shown in the online sales photo( see below ), furthermore it clearly states on the information list " no wiring required " I now have to arrange the flex and lamp holder wiring. This must contravene the Trade Descriptions Act”

“The light was just what we wanted, so that is good. However on this occasion, though not on a previous purchase, Iconic were let down by their delivery contractor (Hermes) who repeatedly stated they had tried to deliver when they had not in fact done so.”

“My item arrived and part of it was faulty. I contacted customer service and received a very prompt reply. A replacement part was sent out and received it within 48 hours of the original email. Great customer service. Thank you”
