“The light shade i ordered is gorgeous but a lot smaller than what I thought it would be, the picture made it look a lot bigger and for the price I thought it would be bigger.”

“My order was delivered very quickly however was faulty. I contacted customer service who responded almost immediately and resolved the issue. Within a few days a part was delivered and the issue was sorted. Good communication from the staff all the way through. The quality of the light fitting is excellent and I can’t wait to fit it into my dressing room. Highly recommend and will be ordering again in the future.”

“A lovely stylish light for a decent price. Looks really good quality and more expensive than it is. It was easy to fit. The only negative is that it doesnt sit completely straight no matter how much we tweak it. But it's hardly noticeable really”

“Unfortunately we got what we paid for. Paid £21 for a tripod floor lamp and that’s we got so I guess that’s our learning! Didn’t realise that I’d have to build the lamp shade myself with Velcro strips & line it with gold card...safe to say we’ve returned the product as it really didn’t look great.”

“The product was smaller than expected but adequate . My granddaughter loves it and when the light is on the sparkles on her walls really are illuminated . Thankyou. Delivery was good .”

“Lamps arrived promptly but I decided to return them as they did not match as expected. This was my decision and no reflection on the lamps or the company. The return was handled very promptly as well and the refund paid within a few days. I hope I can purchase from Iconic in the future as their serves was very good.”

“Good selection, great price. Light fitting was delivered working 4 working days and, although it looked slightly too small for it's planned location, it is too nice not to put up somewhere. Iconic lights sent communications at every stage of delivery. Seems like a good company”
