“The lampshade is good. I have had the same one many years ago and like the design. However the lampshade was damaged when it arrived as the box was not strong enough and was crushed by the courier - Hermes. I have repaired the lampshade so that the joints are back together and the damage is not very visible to save the hassle of returning it.”

“The lights look great, but the bulbs that arrived were the wrong colours. I ordered 4 white and 4 amber but got only 1 white one. One of the lights I didn’t realise was just a shade - it is not very clear in the description as all the photos are as a pendant light not just the shade. They look good quality though. Have not had them fitted yet, so will wait and see what my electrician says.”

“Very poor quality. Lots of sharp edges. Nothing about these lamps is properly finished. A complete waste of money and I have thrown both of them in the bin. I cannot be bothered to complain as I just don’t have the energy. I will never buy lights on line again.”

“I ordered my lamp shades on line. Ordering via the web site was easy. Parcel arrived quickly and well protected (lights were glass). The shades look lovely and added to that I got them in the sale. Overall fabulous result for me.”
