“This lamp was bought for my grand-daughter’s 13th Birthday. She is absolutely delighted and it looks very good in her bedroom. Her other grandma bought the ceiling light to match.”

“as ididnt put the house number on the order.when I got in touch you helped me straight away, the only thing with this item I found it diffulcult to assemble the shade,it took a while but I buckled it a bit”

“Was happy with overall look but sticky tape was on it and once took off you couldn’t get the stickiness off which has left marks on the light shade”

“My lamp arrived with a fairly sizeable dent in one of the shades, which I didn’t notice until I’d finished putting the whole this together. I emailed the customer service team to ask if I could send back the damaged shade for a replacement, rather than dismantle and repack the whole thing. The next morning I had an email apologising and saying a replacement shade had been dispatched. It arrived the next day in pristine condition. Now THAT’S how you do customer service!! Brilliant, and the lamp is great.”
