“Pleased with the products, and reasonably priced. There was a small problem with one of the lamps but a quick phone call and email and the problem was resolved - excellent customer service. Would order from this company again.”

“I love this light, it’s completely modernised the kitchen and looks really great, beautiful bulbs too, we went for the pear shaped bulb rather than the round bulb. Would recommend and thinking of purchasing another for the lounge above the dining table. Great product and great value.”

“Lamp arrived broken. Sent a replacement lamp, also arrived broken. Lamp was just loose in the cardboard box with no protective packaging, however the box was not dented on damaged and so I would say that the damage occurred when the lamp was packaged and not in transit. Both deliveries arrived on time and as scheduled - praise to the delivery company. Both complaint emails were dealt with swiftly and apologetically by the customer service team - praise to that department. However, I wanted a lamp. The company failed to provide me with one. I shall not use the company again and will not recommend it to anyone either.”
