“This lamp was flimsy, and generally of poor quality. The moveable light part was completely jammed. I returned it.”

“I LOVE THEM. I’ve been looking for ages for this exact design. When I found them for £13 each I was in heaven! I can’t stop starring at them (which is sometimes painful when the light is on, but they’re so pretty I’m fine with that)”

“Really disappointed with the quality of the lamp especially the shade, it was 2 pieces of material that I had to stick on to the shade frame with Velcro which meant I could see the seams. Just looked cheap. Ended up returning the product due to the quality which has put my off buying from this site as the quality in the photos looks really good.”

“Amazing customer service, lights arrived very quickly, unfortunately one was broken in transit by delivery company, I called Icon lights was dealt with by a very polite cheerful chap, who promptly got a new light sent, and advised me there was no need to return the broken one, new light arrived within 48 hours, very impressed with service and both lights purchased, will be using them again.”

“Item arrived quickly with no fuss. It was the perfect colour and size. The shade itself was so easy to assemble, I had it unpacked, put together and on my lamp in under 5 minutes. Would highly recommend!”

“It is a nice lamp once together, a little disappointed I had to put the lampshade together myself was quite tricky to assemble the velcro to the metal circles. I think its overpriced for what it is, however it looks good in the corner of my room and is effective”

“I ordered 3 lights and 2 out of the 3 we’re scratched. Emailed customer service who offered to replace them the next day but then received nothing. Called customer services who were very helpful and sending replacements... not the best experience but they will look very nice once up.”
