“Fabulous choice - good prices - Great Customer Service one light had a chip in it and was immediately replaced Wasn't aware that the diamante shades would come in peices for home assembly, but hey ho - all done and looking great”

“I never received my parcel and was sent emails from you guys and Hermes to say delivered at 7.20pm when I was in the house, I called next day to complain was advised I would get a call 48 hours later, never happened and pacel delivered 4 days after said it was delivered, and now opened my parcel and its the wrongs coloured lights... this is very very bad service very unsatisfied”

“Unfortunately received incorrect shade even though the box was marked correctly, they responded to my email very promptly and I received the correct shade the following day, they didn’t even want me to send the wrong item back! It’s a great little shade, very good price and looks lovely in my guest room, thank you for such good service.”
