“Purchasing high value items over the internet is often fraught with anxieties. In my case I ordered 3 lights and bulbs. Only one light initially arrived. I called them on a Saturday, my phone call was answered and I was reassured that they would investigate and call me back on Monday. On Monday as promised I was called, The matter was resolved and the missing lights would be sent by next day delivery. The missing order duly arrived the following day. Faith restored. They delivered on their promises. Thank you.”

“I cancelled order due to delivery method (hermes), specifically the fact that the drivers are not contactable. They kept blindly delivering in the mornings while i was working. Could have gone on for weeks! I only order with companies that use DPD now. A really good communicative service”

“Products always good.Would use these again.Lamps look stunning.However not impressed with couriers!! I paid for next day delivery.They said it was attempted to deliver st 10.10.Was in all day.No card posted through the door.Not the first time Hermes has let me down.Whats the point of paying extra when it does not arrive!!”

“Style wise, the paper lanterns are great. However, for the size i ordered (90cm), the paper was just too thin & flimsy, meaning the metal inner support pierced & subsequently ripped the paper surround whilst hanging the shade.”
