“I paid for next day delivery and hadn't realised that you did not deliver on Sundays. My fault I waited in all day Sunday. Waited in all day Monday and still no lights. Rang the company and had to ask for my next day delivery fee back, it wasn't volunteered. Waited in all day Tuesday for it to arrived late afternoon without the bulbs I had paid for. Rang the office twice more and was told the bulbs were in a different courier service and would be with me the next day. Another day of waiting in. The office were very rude and off hand with me. I can't even tell if it works yet. Very unhappy with the customer service and delivery. The tracking number appears invalid on courier web site. That will be 4 days waiting for a lamp that is supposed to be next day delivery (albeit one was my mistake)”

“Lamps as expected & are a gift Prices are competitive. Good product range. Superb customer service . One of the light shades although well packed arrived broken . On contacting the customer service department via email this was quickly dealt with & a replacement sent,which arrived today in tact. Would recommend this company”

“Good quick delivery and a very nice quality and finish to the lamp. However, when wanting to buy a bulb for it, it recommended - on the website - an ES bulb...which I bought. Only to find it was a bigger E27 bulb, so £ 6.00 was wasted!”

“Only put one star as items not received. Iconic lights aren’t really at fault but the courier never attempted to make a delivery I assume because the parcel was too heavy??”

“Beautiful light fitting , unfortunately I had to return it as it was just too big for the area I wanted to use it in, however, busy scouring for a new one to reorder as there are just so many lovely fittings to choose from.”

“Very happy with my tripod lamp. Much cheaper than many other stores/sites. However, when I received it there was minor damage. I called. They sent me a new one the following day. Happy with the service and speed”

“Ordered 3 pairs of lampshades, the photos represented them well, so happy from that perspective. Had a issue with some damage to 3 of the lampshades, the the customer service was top notch. Dealt with very quickly and to my satisfaction. Would buy from Iconiclights again.”

“By resending the light I ordered after the delivery person left the first one in the bin without a note saying so and it got 'recycled'! Nice gesture!”
