“Really pleased with the quick response to my emails. The bathroom cabinet mirror arrived well packaged and it looks great. My only slight niggle was the delivery driver wouldn’t wait for me to check the parcel for any damages nor would he let me sign for it received unchecked. He said they were only aloud a signature. After saying that all was good with no damage.”

“Excellent lights fittings, but I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive my goods for 3 days, and never got a refund for my next delivery. So a bit dissapointed all in all”

“Delivery was speedy (paid 5.95 for express). The lampshade was easy to put together. Sadly the floor lamp is actually tiny (my fault I didn't really read measurements) but when I thought floor lamp I didn't expect to be able to see over the top of it! Annoyingly was sent an email the day after (and 2x since) offering bulbs for £1 - maybe the difference should be refunded as goodwill? Altogether not sure the lamp is worth the combined amount of £35+ but can't fault the website.”

“The light is fantastic and a great price - I have only given 3 stars as I couldn’t order more than 1 bulb and i wanted 2! When I called I couldn’t get a reply and was told would get callback but didn’t - shame”
