“Recently I purchased two lovely light fixtures. Sadly, one light was missing a decorative piece and with the other the parts did not line up to put it together. I wrote the company to explain this and to see if they could send me the missing piece. My email was never directly replied to but sometime later I got an email saying my order was on it's way. I thought perhaps they were sending me the missing piece? Eventually some boxes arrived and to my surprise i found two new lights exactly like the ones i originally ordered! Wow, all the pieces were there and the parts lined up so I could put it together. I was astonished that they would do something like this. I will continue to order light fixtures from them and tell others as well.”

“Terrible quality. There were scuff marks all over the lamp shade where it had been folded and put into the box. Would not recommend.”

“Purchased the lamp shade but the quality ain’t the best. Hanging tassel fell off within two weeks of it being put into the light. Just waiting on hearing whether I can now return :(”
