“I just received my order today. I was more than extremely disappointed. Looks nothing like your pictures. It looks like something I bought at the dollar store. this is m first grandchild and I wanted something special for her. I won't even be giving it to her parents to hang on the tree. I will never purchase from you again. So upset and disappointed”

“Ordered on Nov. 1, shipped from Clearwater, FL to Madison, AL Nov. 3; tracking history shows item to be in Madison, AL on Nov. 9… I have yet to receive GHA item purchased, Nov. 12! The tracking serves no other purpose than to create anxiety and anger. All because I refused to pay EXTRA to have the delivery in less than one week. I am wondering why it may take 3 weeks when the item shows to be in my area, 3 days ago. FRUSTRATED and expecting a refund as merchandise has not been received!”

“Very disappointed!! I thought it was wood and painted. It is MDF or something like that and it is a sticker. Also, don't pay $5 extra for the hanger. Its a .50 wall hanger.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my ornament I ordered for a friends baby’s first Christmas. For what I paid, I expected a beautiful thicker more substantial ornament to give them and instead I received a paper thin item that was embarrassing to give as a gift, so I chose not to include it. I strongly do not recommend this vendor!”

“I’m sorry to say but I was was very disappointed in my purchase. The photos on Etsy looked much much better than the item that I received! The sides were not even finished and the bottom two corners were roughed up. On the site it appears that the lettering is beveled not flat. I need to pay more attention to the written details but I won’t be ordering anything else from there anytime soon. It was a Christmas gift and I was embarrassed to gift it to anyone.”
