“My first picture of my grandson wasn’t great so I was alllowed to send another! In addition I put the wrong birth year and they corrected that error too! Easy and agreeable to work with and a good product to boot!”

“Absolutely love this ornament. Gave it to our son and family who just lost their dog. Great remembrance. I did have some difficulty navigating the order process but received a quick response letting me know picture was received. Would order from this company again!”

“Communication was good regarding the picture placement. Quality was poor. When it arrived I was surprised it is a very thin piece of aluminum. Like a can. It was bent. Had a slight crease. It was a disappointment. Idea is cute. Better reinforced mailing materials needed. Better quality metal material would make it not as cheap appearing.”
