“I was totally impressed with iCustom labels. I had ordered a pet memorial Christmas ornament last year for my daughter when she lost her beloved Biscuit. It was so nice that this year I ordered 4 more, 3 for our beloved dogs that we lost (since we had them in pairs I was able to get ornaments with both their pictures on each) and then I got one "first Christmas" for our 2-year-old rescue as we couldn't leave him off the tree. I still plan to get one more memorial ornament for our first dog as soon as I can find a good picture/ I would recommend iCustom to every one.”

“I bought necklaces for my mother, sister, and myself. While going through some old pics I found an index card with my fathers handwriting. He’s been gone for over 20 years. My family absolutely loved the necklaces I made and we all wear them everyday. I definitely recommend this company”

“I ordered a memorial pet ornament for a Christmas gift. I paid a lot extra to have it shipped before Christmas. When it arrived, parts of the dog's name gad been cut off, the whole thing was not properly made. I wanted a refund or replacement, but the seller never bothered to respond to any of my messages. Terrible customer service.”
