“I ordered what was said to be plastic placemats. My assumption was a thick plastic but it is like paper. It might have been wrong for me to assume but maybe put a more detailed description of the item. The picture is beautiful but these cannot be reused like I planned”

“Before ordering wine label, I checked the picture numerous times to make sure that everything is aligned and correct. However, when I received the label, it was cut improperly, the red frame was cut out on one inside but was left on the other. Very poor quality, couldn’t use it for a gift.”

“This was not what I expected... It was SOOOOO much better. I can't thank you enough for how wonderful the ornament turned out. We had just recently lost our dog and the quality of the photo on the ornament was amazing! We got it quickly and couldn't be happier. Thank you again!”
