“The product itself was amazing. Very happy with that. The communication was lacking.. took forever to get back to me ..I was literally asking for just a photo of the finished product before it went out as one of my deceased nephews names was on it and I didn’t want to upset my mother.”

“Extremely pleasant and prompt customer service! I made a very last minute decision to include an acrylic welcome sign at my wedding. iCustom quickly accommodated my request for a rush order and easily modified the sign text to my liking. The sign arrived securely wrapped and was perfection! I can't wait to display it!”

“I love these water bottle labels! I ordered them two years ago for my son's graduation and ordered them again this year for my daughter's. The labels are extremely durable and hold up great under water, with no damage to the label. Highly recommend!”
