“The system is decent. However the promises by the team, and very poor customer service overshadow the product, in my own experience.
The account management team hugely over promised on their capabilities. They did not deliver on those promises (at all). The best they could muster was 5% of records sent to them with 69% accuracy max. Then the excuses flowed.
Their communication deserves 1 star as does their customer service.
I gave 2 stars, as the system is very decent indeed and I would highly recommend. System deserves 3.5-4 stars.”
