“Had an email to say these had been dispatched then another two days later saying the bale was damaged and they couldn’t supply. I fully understand this happens but why tell people it was en route? Completely threw my project. Hate dishonesty!”

“The item has washed nicely, can't give a proper feedback as I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it should be ok. I like the button fastening as opposed to press studs.”

“The company has a good range of products and the service was prompt and efficient. However, there is a fault in the fabric of the curtains I purchased, which is very disappointing. I should have sent them back really but I didn't have time so I am putting up with it. Many wouldn't, so there should be better quality checking.”
