“Ideal Textiles kept me fully informed once I had placed my order, which was for 4 cushions. They are exactly what I wanted and they arrived very quickly and I was able to track them so knew exactly when they would be delivered. I will buy from them again.”

“I purchased three cushion covers from this company and I was expecting them to be all the same pattern coordination. A thick brown stripe at one and the stripes getting lighter towards the other side, but they are all different variations. Tried to email and other ways to contact them, but had no luck hence this review...”

“Ordered champagne coloured voile eyelet curtains for the lounge. First order with Ideal Textiles and delighted to say they offer a first class service, with speedy delivery. It was very easy to place an order and I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the product. The voiles look look gorgeous, especially with the sun shimmering through them and the table lamp reflecting on them. A very happy customer indeed!”

“Due to a problem with the web page when the order was placed....I recieved "Pelmets" instead of "Curtains" as wquired. On ringing to explain this I couldnt have wished for a nicer person to deal with the problem....she was friendly, polite, and most helpful and sorted things out immediately, it was a pleasure to do business with the company and will be both recommending and dealing with again Thank you”
