“Never heard of Ideal Textiles before - googled 'cream tie backs' and this company popped up.Lots of choice and found some i really liked. Price great too so i ordered!Didnt take long at all to arrive and i was so pleased with them. They matched exactly my curtains decor etc. I will definitely check this website for future purchases.”

“Curtains of good quality. Paid for next day delivery but they took 4 days. Ordered from Ideal Textiles as they are in Glasgow, so I assumed delivery to Skye would be simple, however the package travelled from Glasgow to Birmingham to Northampton and then on to Inverness before finally arriving on Skye.”

“Curtains delivered box what they came in was disgusting curtains the plastic was all ripped they were dirty waiting for a sticker so i can send them back that was a wk ago still waiting for sticker not very happy”

“One very happy lady. I had to returned a pair, that I ordered by mistake (shade) I was sent the shade I wanted. There was no problem with refund. Know I have my curtains on my window and they look beautiful”

“I ordered several cushion covers. Gorgeous colours very strong and striking. However the purple cover split on one seam due to being stitched too close to the edge. And the two cream covers are totally different shades one matching !y bedding and the other not. I advised the co!pant and responses were immediate. One replaced today and the cream ones I gave been invited to return for matching. Good response if a little annoying and time wasting. Replies to emails have been swift and polite. Thank you.”
