“Please make it more clear when buying pannel voil curtains that it is only x1 and not a pair. I feel this was not very clear and had to pay twice for postage when ordering a second pannel curtain. As it made me think I was buying a pair. I did receive an apology but no refund on postage.”

“Ordered one set of eyelet curtains and a matching cushion cover. Both arrived very promptly and were exactly as described on the website. Very reasonable quality for the price. Email received from Ideal Textiles to acknowledge receipt of order and offer assistance if needed. We were so satisfied with our original purchase that we ordered a second set of curtains and cushion covers for another room. Again, customer service was pleasant, attentive and informative; with the repeat business being acknowledged. As before, the goods received were as described.”
