“The quilt cover was white and the pompoms were cream.. they were white on the advert. I returned the item .. some of the pompoms were coming off too.. definitely NOT worth £46.”

“The two 'chocolate brown' voile curtains were good enough for the price but I had wanted them as a pair to hang together. Unfortunately, they are two different shades; one is a true chocolate brown whereas the other has a purplish shade to it. I decided they would have to do, but I will not buy from you again, as I think this amounts to carelessness.”

“The pros - I like the curtains and they came within a short amount of time. The cons - unfortunately it is a big one, I was sent the wrong size. I didn't want to through the returns procedure as I presume I would have to pay for it and I also was very eager to get the curtains. However the length is one size up from what I ordered meaning they are two inches on to the floor when I wanted them windowsill length. Therefore I'm not overly happy I'm afraid :( sending the right thing is kind of a must!”

“Sadly I ordered 5 cushions in total 2 of which the zips were broken, and the other was a different size I liked the cushions they matched my sofa perfectly, I have not got the time or patience to return and wait for more, so I have repaired the zips (luckily I can sew) . This experience has not put me off ordering again, I'm just a bit sad that I had to repair NEW cushions.”
