“What a complete waste of airtime this channel is. Rubbish products, rubbish sound, rubbish picture. I think P.S M.M plus the other presenters must think the general public are so thick they believe every product is the most ideal thing we need...and shouting out random names of supposed shoppers is ridiculous. For P.S and M.M experienced presenters they are awful. p.s can only say right, ok, not only, go get, check out basket, flexis. And m.m is just full of c..p Please please go away. We channel hop and watch for a laugh can't believe what they say.”

“Fell for a lovely travel bag , took a while to get it , on opening , the bags “designer “ name was stuck upside down on the front of the bag , having to send it back , don’t think lll bother again , I’ll just channel flick past !”

“very poor picture quality and product range is very poor feel sorry for the presenters under pressure to sell like all the line are so busy that what the old idealworld.tv said and they went bust”

“Oh dear. It’s so obvious that Ideal World are trying to win back customers from its previous time on tv but it seems the TJC model is dominant and it just won’t work. The products are a bit tatty, the graphics are bad and it’s all a but cheap and nasty now. I have to admit that I fell for the hype a few weeks back and bought a pair of trainers. They arrived…both of them were for the right foot and one of them had very obviously been worn. Honestly my husband and I just laughed and said never again. The plus is that the refund went through smoothly and return postage was paid. I’d avoid but if you want to take a chance I hope it works out.”

“Bought a Duxot men's watch which stopped working after a year. When I contacted them about the issue I was informed that the department went into administration which was over 2 years ago. In other words in it was my bad luck.”

“The original Ideal world was good with decent treatment for customer and honesty when products were faulty. I was sad when it disappeared and glad when it came back. Today, after a call about a faulty product, I won't be shopping there again! The agent was rude, couldn't care less and left me feeling like he thought I was trying a scam. I spent thousands with them over the years, but today, they have had my last penny. I am very disappointed, both with the smart watch that I really wanted and with IDW. In fact, especially with IDW. I thought better of them. But I won't stay where my custom isn't valued and I'm not respected.”

“I loved the old ideal world but don't like the new one . I have bought quite a lot from tjc but only on line . I think it was so much better before like qvc but not anymore .I was for years in the 1960s a store demonstrator and I also worked at the ideal home and other exhibitions and its just like the speal we used to sell products. It's lost its heart .”

“The old ideal world was good. Bought lots from it. But since TJC took over it’s rubbish. I’m sure the old ideal world presenters must hate going u to work now. Even the picture quality of the channel is rubbish”

“Cheap tacky products over priced item can find cheaper in ebay or amazon, B & M shop even poundland seems presenters always have or need one during their selling point and con people into buying tacky products I wonder what the presenters think when going into work and see what tack they must sell to viewers”

“The old Ideal world presenters have learnt nothing from the past.. How can they woffle on for 45 minutes about some product that has been on a dozen times before as though it was the best invention ever.. And they always find a comparison elsewhere for double the price where customers can find a comparison for half the price on line. P.S and M.M are the worst culprits who will say anything to encourage people to buy rubbish products.. I don't suppose the company cares as long as the rubbish is shifted.”
