“Awful Don't buy anything from Ideal World Ordered on 10/0124 Not received Phoned 15/01/24 told it was a pre-order and would be sent 16th. Phoned again 18/01/24 told it would be despatched 20/01/24. This was not a pre order Operator said I couldn't cancel as their system didn't have that option would have to wait for delivery then return. If they can take your money Why can't they refund it. Very peculiar Won't be buying anything from Ideal World again”

“Both Ideal World and TJC are now really naff - I believe they are run by the same company? I used to buy a lot from both channels years ago, but now they just sell tat - and the new presenters are awful! Pretty embarrassing all round; I can't believe they will last much longer.”

“What’s happened!!!!! It’s dreadful, tne graphics are blurred, the picture is awful, tne products are rubbish. Used to buy fashion off here but not any more”

“Just dreadful! Presenters seem unable to string more than a few words together and (understandably) struggle to talk about something like an eyebrow brush for an entire programme. Goods are overpriced & look as if they've fallen off the back of a lorry. Used to be an IW shopper but no more, its embarrassing to watch!”

“Ideal world just shown nice leather bags-but we never get shown around inside the bag at all.Also perfume,not told some idea of the smell/what its made of etc.Programmes never start dead on time.Prefered the old Ideal World.”

“What people don't realise is that ideal world was sold to a company called TJC who bought the channel and equipment as Ideal world is not the old company but a new one and unless the previous owner buys it back its not going to happen.”

“What disappointment, I used to buy regularly from IW, but I wouldn't buy a thing now. Where to begin with how bad it is? The whole set up is rubbish, obviously, they have proe who have nl idea what they're doing. They are constantly advertising other things. I waited 10 minutes to see what they were going to say of the product on screen, but they were flashing other things all that time, I turned it off, won't be watching it again until it's sold to someone who can run a shopping channel properly, if they don't do that soon, they'll be off the screen again very soon!!!”

“I can't believe how Ideal World has gone down hill so much since returning the programmes are so boring with a whole show been taken up with just one item. The new presenters are less than experienced and struggle to know how to present the one item... the clothes are horrendous and so old fashioned compared to the clothes on the old Ideal World.... the Monday, Wednesday and Friday fashion programmes were worth watching but now the fashion is only fit for the bin..... I now tune in to the other shopping channels and enjoy the good quality clothes that are shown.. I will continue watching these channels as I can't stand the boring channel that Ideal World has become... SHAMEFUL!!”

“Was glad when it came back on but disappointed to c most of the old presenters not on there The fashion used to b great seeing real people wearing them rather than on a rail and not appealing to buy Please bring back the old show . Old presenters and better presentation of items Looking at reviews I think everyone would agree Sorry shows are not very good And some new presenters struggling to look professional and dragging out items running out of things to say Sorry”

“I thought I would give them a second chance. Surely they can’t sell stock they don’t have yet again ! How wrong was I. A sales pitch urging people not to miss out. As an early buyer I bought something they clearly hadn’t secured stock off. The business model is to secure your money and then stall on responding to emails in the hope they will get more stock eventually. I think this is a Trading Standards issue, but be warned and don’t be fooled by their desperation to secure your money. Customer Support will copy and paste text into an email. Zero support !!”

“Could not believe what i heard Peter Simon said,selling the hand warmer, he said its good for pregnant women, put it between your legs!!,and good for that time of the month, put it on your stomach.We dont need to be told personal things like that.Find him quite smutty at times.”

“The old IW was good to watch, with varied, appealing items. I did buy quite a few bargains. Now it is drab, the items look like clearance/old stock at exorbitant prices. Very disappointing. Cannot watch this rubbish any more. I do feel sorry for the presenters.”

“The picture quality is poor at best and the sound is up and down as people talk, I have spoken to both Ideal World and Owners TJC customer services about it but nothings been done.”
